Corporate Office and Workplace Relocation

Moving an office is not simply moving furniture; it means the work itself stops for a short while. That is why we run relocations as a project with a timetable agreed in advance, rather than as a haulage job.

How a Relocation Runs

No step begins before you approve the previous one. In a corporate move, uncertainty is the most expensive item.

  1. Survey On-site walkthrough
  2. Inventory Item-by-item record
  3. Plan Schedule and approval
  4. Move Packing and transport
  5. Set-up Assembly at new address

What We Take On

You decide how much of the move to hand over. Some organisations ask only for transport and reassembly; others leave the whole process to us.

On-site survey and inventory

Furniture, equipment and archives are recorded item by item; floor, lift and doorway dimensions are checked beforehand. The plan is built on these findings, not on assumptions.

Packing materials and packing

We supply the boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film and protective materials, and our team does the packing. Boxes are labelled by department and destination room.

Furniture disassembly and reassembly

Desks, cabinets, meeting tables and partition panels are dismantled, transported and reassembled at the new address. Fittings travel labelled with the furniture they belong to.

IT and server equipment

Computers, printers, racks and server hardware follow a separate protocol; they are packed and loaded independently of other goods.

Interim storage

If the exit from the old address and entry to the new one do not fall on the same day, your assets are held under record at our Gebze warehouse, with inventory tracking maintained throughout.

Why IT and Server Equipment Is Handled Separately

In an office move the item that causes most concern is not furniture but electronic hardware. A scratched desk you can see; a server moved badly you discover the next morning.

When your server room goes offline and when it comes back are the two most critical lines of the plan. We set them during the survey together with your IT lead.

The Schedule Follows Your Business

In an office move the real cost is downtime, not the transport itself.

A programme built around your hours

Where out-of-hours or weekend working is required, we assess it together during the survey and commit it to the timetable.

A single point of contact

A coordinator is assigned before the move and remains your contact throughout, so you follow the whole operation from one place.

Insured transport

The insured transport approach of Taşdemirler Logistics applies to office relocations as well.

Phased moves — floor by floor or department by department — are also possible. For some organisations that means far less disruption than relocating everything at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do we find out the price?

The cost of an office move depends on the number of items, floor and lift conditions, whether disassembly is needed, and distance. That is why we do not quote figures over the phone. After a free survey we provide a written offer based on the inventory.

How long does it take?

Duration depends on the volume moved and the building conditions. Once the inventory is complete we give you a realistic programme; no move begins before you approve the plan.

Can we move at the weekend?

Out-of-hours and weekend working can be planned for many relocations. We assess it during the survey and commit it to the timetable.

Can we take transport only?

Yes. You may do the packing yourselves and take only transport and assembly support. We define the scope together.

Do you serve the whole of Türkiye?

Yes. We carry out corporate relocations across Türkiye from our Gebze hub, with the highest density along the Marmara axis.

Do you do household moves?

This brand focuses solely on corporate office and workplace relocation.
